IDF Targets Terrorists at Indonesian Hospital in Jabalya

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted a limited operation on Tuesday evening against terrorists and terror infrastructure in the vicinity of the Indonesian Hospital in Jabalya. The operation targeted terrorists launching anti-missile strikes and planting explosive devices in the area surrounding the hospital. The IDF apprehended several terrorists, including one involved in the October 7 Hamas attacks, and eliminated five others.

The military emphasized that efforts were made to minimize civilian harm, with defined evacuation routes created for medical personnel and patients to be transported to other hospitals. Warnings had been issued to the Gaza Health Ministry about the terrorist activity within the hospital compound prior to the operation.

The IDF pointed out that Hamas was exploiting civilian infrastructure, violating international law by using the hospital as a base for terrorist operations. This operation is one of many as the IDF continues to target Hamas's military presence while seeking to protect innocent civilians caught in the conflict.
